Dina Rizq
My name is Dina Rizq and I am the founder of Quiet Efficiency.
For almost 15 years, I have passionately worked as an executive assistant, working with managers and teams with high standards.
My role: to be their trusted ally, the facilitator who anticipates, organizes, streamlines and delays, while guaranteeing impeccable execution.
My job stimulates me with its versatility, the rigor it requires and the agility it imposes.
But what pleases me above all is his deep sense of service and the interpersonal skills he requires to help move things forward efficiently, while combining excellence and proactivity.
A rich and atypical journey
My journey has shaped me.
I worked for more than 10 years at Ernst & Young (EY), supporting senior executives in the Audit and Consulting departments. This experience allowed me to acquire solid sectoral knowledge, develop my technical skills and strengthen my confidence.
Before that, after obtaining my Master’s degree, I joined the French Army as a linguist sergeant. Discipline, rigor, composure, team spirit and sense of duty are now part of my professional DNA.
Finally, my life journey, particularly my humanitarian commitment, has led me to work in several countries. This enriched my curiosity, strengthened my intercultural sensitivity and developed my language skills, which I now have the chance to use on a daily basis.
By creating Quiet Efficiency, I chose to put my expertise at the service of managers, entrepreneurs, teams and individuals looking for high-end support that is human, structured and perfectly reliable.
On a personal level, I am also a fulfilled single mother of two wonderful children.
This reality, far from being a hindrance, is my strength: it nourishes my ability to manage the unexpected, plan accurately and act with determination.
They are my driving force, my daily inspiration — and push me to give the best of myself in each of my missions.
